(New) Perspective
What’s new? New media art tends to chase the latest scientific and technological advancements or whatever is “new”. People often neglect to address longstanding issues such as gender inequality in the field. The (New) Perspective lecture series, initiated by a group of students, aims to address this by inviting female and non-binary new media artists to share their experiences and shed light on the current state of the new media art world.
